Thanksgiving Silhouette Plates

 Materials:
Clear glass plate (Dollar Tree)
Fabric
Mod Podge
Scissors
Pilgrim Silhouette
Circle cutter

Step 1: Clean off the plate, removing any price stickers.
Step 2: Print out the pilgrim and/or turkey silhouette on white cardstock. I used a circle cutter to cut out a perfect circle.
Step 3: Cut the material to fit the plate. Leave a little extra material so you don't accidentally run short.
Step 4: Paint a layer of Mod Podge on the back of the plate in the center circle. Quickly, place the white paper face down on the plate. You should be able to turn the plate right-side over and see the silhouette clearly (The paint may show a little, but it will dry).
Step 5: Cover the entire back of the plate with Mod Podge. Lay the fabric (Pattern side down) on the plate. Make sure the fabric is laying smoothly on the plate.
Step 6: Using scissors, cut around the edge of the plate, cutting away any fabric hanging over.
Step 7: Paint another layer of Mod Podge on the fabric, sealing everything in. Let it dry and your plate is complete!!!
